Pete is from Fairfax, VA.  After a career in carpentry and historic renovation, he moved to Savannah to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design, where he was Valedictorian of his class.  As an accomplished artisan with impeccable drawing skills, Pete is able to combine both his artistry and technical backgrounds to produce well detailed construction documents that are clear, concise, constructible, and quantifiable.

Gretchen is from Avilla, IN.  After architecture school, she moved to Savannah to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design for Historic Preservation.  She has been providing clients with quality, diverse projects for the past 20 years.  She has a wide range of experience from residential projects, small office and retail spaces, restaurant rehabilitations to manufacturing.  Gretchen excels at listening to clients and working diligently to make their vision a reality.

Pete and Gretchen met while working at the same firm in Savannah.  They were married in 2007 and have one son, Cooper.  They love historic architecture, traveling and working together.
